Sure Hotel by Best Western Port Jérome - Le Havre

1) The size of the bed! A queen size bed (as claimed by the receptionist) usually cannot cope with my size measurements as I am a tall person, BUT (Surprise! Surprise!) this "Queen-size bed" indeed cope with my size and every night, I could rest with a lot of quality. 2) The excellent sheer size of the shower basin! Absolutely amazing! Better than some 5-star hotels that I have visited during my business trips! Also an excellent note to the shower system itself! Equipped with an "over-the-head waterfall" plus a typical shower handle with a lot of water pressure! What can one ask more for to start a new day of work!

Nice hotel in a really quiet area. Rooms are super clean, great breakfast. Some reviewers negatively annotated the oil refinery in some distance and bad air from it - we didn't notice any negative impact (maybe depends on the wind direction)?

Extremely helpful personal. We booked the wrong day and arrived one day earlier, the lady at the front desk did her magic and found us a family room in no time, even though the hotel was fully booked or almost fully booked, thanks! Comfortable bed and room with a funny view to a field with horses.

Accessible location, free private parking, large size rooms, clean, ok facilities, friendly staff. Surrounding is a bit peculiar with the large industrial complex, not necessarily a good or bad thing, and you can see it in the photos (not really an issue with the hotel itself).
